Shipping Information
USA ORDERS: are processed and shipped in the USA in US funds and are shipped from Las Vegas NV.USA. USPS First Class is our Standard Service. Most orders are process with 24 hours and arrive in apr. 2 to 5 days. Please allow for 7 to 10 business days. All orders will have a tracking number. If you have provided your email when you placed your order, you will be emailed your tracking number at time of processing. If you do not have - or did not provide an email address - please contact us for the tracking number after 10 business days has passed. You may contact us at shippingusa@gonaturalcosmetics.com or call us toll free 877.446.6288 Ext 2. We will need your Name, Order # (if available), address, date of order, phone - we willprovide you with your tracking number or trace the package and either arrange a re-send or if parcell shows DELIVERED - contact you back if necessary.
CANADIAN ORDERS: are processed in Canadian dollars and shipped from London Ont. Canada. Canada Post Expidited is our Standard Service, Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 days. 9.95 forsingle orders - free for 2, and 3, - and 14.95 for wholesale 12 packs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Overseas) are processed in US Funds - ship from Las Vegas Nevada, USA, - are excluded from Free Shipping Offers and may be subject to duties and taxes where applicable. We offer 2 options for shipping - (1) FIRST CLASS-2 to 6 weeks delivery at 14.95 for orders of 1,2 or 3 and 19.95 for the wholesale 12 packs - there is no tracking number provided to us, and these are not insured - (2) EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: is 2 to 5 Days - additional 14.95 - Tracking Number is provided and items are fully insured.
Tracking Numbers will usually be emailed within 24 hours of ordering if you have provided your email when you placed your order. You can trace your package on-line at www.usps.com
We strive to fulfill all orders as prompltly as possible.
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days but delays can happen - so - please allow for up to 2 weeks in North America and up to 6 weeks International Overseas, for your order to arrive. If you have been provided with a tracking number by email, contact the carrier on-line or by phone to trace it's progress. If you were not supplied with your tracking number please contact us by email info@go-natural.net if 2 weeks has passed and you have not received your order. Please include your Order #, full name, address, and date of order. We will trace and either arrange a re-send or supply you with the tracking number.

All orders are insured for damage. Any damage must be reported to us within 2 days of your receipt of the product. Please email us at info@go-natural.net

If you wish to return your Trial Offer order, please follow these instructions:
Contact Us - Call our Customer Service Team at 877 446 6288 Ext. 2 - for faster service – email us at returns@Go-NaturalCosmetics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RAN#) within 14 calendar days of the original order date. You will need the RAN# to attach to the outside of the package you are returning.
Clearly write the RAN # and your return address on the outside of the package and on your original receipt.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund for the cost of your order less Shipping & Handling.
Policy and Restrictions
Returns must be authorized - and assiggned an RAN#. Unauthorized Returns will not be accepted. Please include the assigned RAN#, name, address, and Order # on the outside of the package as well as on the original receipt inside the package.
Obtain a Tracking number and keep your shipment receipt in the event that the packaging is lost or damaged in transit. We. cannot guarantee credit without confirmation of delivery.
Returns do not include the costs of shipping, handling, or any duties or taxes if applicable.
We are not responsible for shipping damages.
Customers assume the responsibility for postage costs, and any duties and taxes for return orders.
Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member/Customer.
The S&H costs of the Go-Natural - Trial orders will not be refunded.
The cost of your order will be refunded and subject to a $7.95 restocking fee. Please keep in mind, once the order is submitted, shipments cannot be cancelled.Members/Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member/Customer.
IMPORTANT: If the RAN # is not on the returned package and on original receipt inside package, the refund WILL NOT be processed. Our warehouse personnel are unable to track packages without an RNA number.
