The rage lately, in the news, has been the discovery that chocolate is “good for you”. Although, many people’s immediate interpretation of such news has caused thousands of people to eat more chocolate, the reality is that they are usually eating the wrong kind of chocolate. Such news, unfortunately, is not a license to down bags of candy bars by the dozen. In fact, the chocolate that has proven to lower cholesterol, when added to one’s diet in small quantities, has very little sugar in it at all.

Specifically, you want to look for a chocolate bar that has at least seventy percent cocoa, which conversely, would mean it has very little sugar content. But that said, this new phase of the chocolate craze has flooded the market with many choices. And the reason it is suddenly so popular, is because this high quality, dark chocolate can have the same or more antioxidants than remarkably, red wine or green tea.
Aromatherapy is an additional type of home remedy that has been known to both heal, and stimulate human beings, for centuries. Once believed to be an aphrodisiac, Cedarwood, commonly found in essential oils today, has been used to subtly “wake” a sluggish body, or one that is suffering from minor respiratory or skin complaints. Simply breathing the aroma, and its invigorating scent is on record as being an additional natural remedy that works.
